Relationships are hard, in most cases extremely hard.
It seems like there are times we are doing well in most relationships and then before you know it seems like every single relationship you have is going through some sense of hardship.
Of course, it's easy to think that it's the people around me and their issue that makes the relationship difficult but to say that is to deny the fact that you are the common denominator in each relationship you have.
However, I want to share with you another common denominator that perhaps you haven't considered.
If you are a God follower,
you have been gifted specifically to work in all relationships...how do I know this?
7 words tell me about your capability to work in all relationships;
Listen to these words carefully: “God created man in His own image”
my problem and your problem in all our relationships is that we engage other based on our thoughts & desires inside of us which is based on the image or identity we have for ourselves.
In other words, you and I engage people based on the image we want for ourselves… we know this is true based on how God had Moses write Genesis 1: 26
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness…”
