We learned last week that Lot was living in a time like we are: shocked at the perverted power of sin.

I believe Lot living in a sinful city like Sodom is like our situation living in a sinful world.

It is all too easy to focus on sin and its power while at the same time forgetting about God's character & His power.

It’s imperative to know the character of God while in the presence of sin.

It’s imperative to know that no matter how powerful sin seems to be our God is more powerful still.
