There are more to some things than meet the eye

Seems it can be the same way when we read the bible;
that some parts of the Bible are referring to something more than what you are reading.
This shouldn’t surprise because reading the bible is more like an experience.
Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is alive & active…”
So as we read the Bible because it is alive & active,
we are experiencing the bible.
