Did you know there is a right and wrong way to worship God?

Multiple times in scripture we see where people have given a non-biblical manner of worship of God and it cost them…big time!

Or some may not even realize that you are commanded to worship God…since God commands to be worshipped wouldn’t it make sense to know what God’s law says about His worship?

being ignorant of God’s law in how He is to be worshipped doesn't exempt you from the consequences of worshipping God in a wrong manner
What is the law?

Jesus quoted God's word when he was being tempted by the devil in Luke 4:8

the talking snake or serpent tried to convince Jesus to worship him; This was Jesus’ response to worshiping anyone other than God:
Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.’”

Jesus was quoting Deuteronomy 6:13;
God is very clear…He is the only one worthy of worship.

So worthy is the worship of God that He in fact commands you to worship Him and Him alone.
