In any group of people there are always leaders and followers
Each one of us that claims to be a Christian must be a follower
Even as God's follower God will also have you be a leader

You may not consider yourself a leader but there are some situations in which you are leading whether you acknowledge that or not

Maybe you have young children or teenagers, you are leading your children whether you choose to accept that responsibility or not

Maybe you have adult children, you are leading your children regardless of their age

Maybe you are a grandparent, which means you are leading your adult children, your grandchildren and maybe
even your great grandchildren 

Your leadership can be seen at your job, your place in line at a
grocery store, the table you set at in a restaurant, or the conversations you have…
aware of it or not you are in leadership roles all the time.
