This means God’s Spirit, the Holy Spirit gifted people to make the
tabernacle in such way that honored the presence of God &
revealed the glory of God.

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.
1 Corinthians 12:4
Just like the Spirit of God gifted these men to serve God; so does the
Holy Spirit still today gift people to serve God.
